$60 per eighth-page (2 1⁄2” x 3 3⁄4”) per issue; $180 if you pay for four in advance
$80 per quarter-page (5”x 3 3⁄4”) per issue; $240 if you pay for four in advance
$140 per half-page (5” x 7 1⁄2“ horizontal or 10” x 3 3⁄4” vertical) per issue; $420 if you pay for four in advance
$270 per full-page (10” x 7 1⁄2”) per issue; $810 if you pay for four in advance
