The purpose of the Elvehjem Neighborhood Association is to promote a spirit of camaraderie among the residents of the area; to provide opportunities for cooperation among these residents in projects which are in the interest of the community; to provide a conduit for a flow of information to the neighborhood; and to provide one voice in expressing opinions in matters that affect the residents of this community.
